Hello.dushyant, answering your question. Yes you can get admission in any college of Delhi university with 82.8% . Each year Delhi university releases 13 merit list you may not get a college in 5 merit list possibly but till the 13 merit list the percentage goes to 77-75% so there is 100% chance that you will get the college in Delhi university.
