I am sorry to tell you dear but 310 marks is very low to get a seat in Government Medical College, even under state quota and any other reservation you cannot get any government medical college with this much marks.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
