sir i have written my moms surname in basic registeration of aiims but in my documents it does not exist it is not actually surname i wrote santosh bai but in documents it is only santosh

As you have mentioned your problem on above and now you cannot re correct it but don't be panic. you are eligible to give the exam but remember when you go for it please take some id proof yourself to re verify it
