The qualifying score for NEET ug for general candidates is 134 and since your score is more than the minimum qualifying score , you are eligible for counselling and have chances to get an MBBS seat.
However , this is the first time for EWS category in NEET , its cutoffs can not be predictet from last year cutoffs . But are expected to be equivalent to OBC cutoffs .and Based upon the previous year cutoffs for such candidates you only have chances for deemed universities like bharti vidyapeeth medical college , pune , Jss medical college etc.
As the minimum score needed to get a seat in government medical colleges is 500. So , you do not have a chance there.
