According to the rule a student can take the benefit of state quota seats only from one state and that too from his or her domiciled state.
If you have the domicile certificate of Jharkhand then you can attend the state counselling of Jharkhand state. But then you won't be able to attend the state counselling of Rajasthan State.
You are allowed to attend the counselling if only one state for 85% state quota government medical college seats.
