AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

Dear,you have to be specific about the college you want to get admission in.Also you need to mention your state you reside.However talking in general, if you are from General category then you have almost no chance to get in Government MBBS or BDS colleges with this score. You need to look for private colleges in that case.But if you are sc st ,st or obc category this score may fetch you a government college according to the previous year cutoffs. However trends change every year based on question difficulty, number of students appeared etc.
