sir iam appearing for jee main I have cleared my 12th with746 marks I.e 74.60% but in information bulletin there is 750 marks I.e 75 %as eligible criteria now my question is I have 4 marks less for eligibility if I clear jee with good marks can I get admission in NIT or not pls help

If you qualify the jee mains examination, you can get admission in any other colleges accepting the jee score except the national Institutes of technology. As per the eligibility criteria of the nits you are not eligible for the admission there and it will be found when you submit the certificate for the admission at the time of admission. it is due to that the eligibility criteria mentioned for the admission for the nit have the 75 % for the 10+2 or equivalent as a must required eligibility.
