Sir if I have no provisional certificate than may I take admission in du colleges

I'm assuming that you're from CBSE. Provisional Certificate is really important and is one of the major documents needed at time of admission. So you can do one thing, request your school principal to write an application for that and submit it at time of admission and tell the college that the certificate has not been given yet and they'll take that application in consideration.
You'll get admission but later you have to submit your Provisional ASAP.
