Hello dear student,
Since you are from Madhya pradesh, you are eligible for only two counselling :-
1. All india counselling for 15 % quota seats
2. Madhya Pradesh state counselling seats for 85 % quota seats.
Besides, these two counselling you are not eligible for any other counselling. So ; dear you are not eligible for kerela state counselling.

Hello dear, whether it's karnatka or kerala or any other state, you cannot participate in state counselling of another state of which you are not a domicile.
