Dear Yaswanth, you haven't mentioned whether you will apply for this course in 2020 or you will pass in 2020. If you pass in 2020, you will be eligible for NEET provided you pass in all subjects and then score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

Have you said you are going to apply for intermediate in 12th.

If yes, then you are not eligible for NEET 2020.
NEET 2020 eligibility criteria is as follows,

Without your intermediate you can't apply for NEET.
once you get done with your intermediate you are free to apply for NEET.

mark's criteria for NEET,
UR, 50%
Obc/SC/st, 40%
PWD , 45%

If you were saying that you have completed your intermediate,then you are eligible for NEET you can apply for NEET 2020 by considering above mentioned criteria.
