Dear Mouli

Your question is little confusing.

If you are asking about online all india quota or deemed/central universities UG counselling 2019 for registration or choice filling of round-1, then the date has been already ended and even the result of allotment of round-1 has been published.

You must have registered for round-2 which has started from today i.e. 12 July,2019 and choice filling is started from 3 p.m. onwards and the locking facility will be available on 14th July, 2019 (From 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM).

Note that payment facility will be available till 13th July, 2019 till 12:00 NOON.

Try to login again with same login credentials.

Sir I login for new registration 2 nd round in all India quato they tell your not permitted but I login candidate they show login registration and ask to pay 5500 rs fees but I didn't participate in 1st round counselling even not pay fees also but I registered my login not participate in counselling Please tell me sir what problem it doesn't affect during choice filling

Let me be clear.You are saying that you have registered for round-1 but did not paid or made choice filling for round-1. Right?And for round-2, you have gone for "New Registration" where it says you are not permitted. It is because it was not necessary as you have already registered in round-1 but you need to make payments and then only you can proceed for choice filling for round-2.Go to "candidate login" and then follow up the instruction.

Basically I comes from rajasthan but I have maharashtra domicile certificate because I completed my whole education upto 12th in maharashtra and my caste is JAT which is not comes under OBC category but in rajasthan and central level it comes under OBC category so Im totally confused that will maharashtra authority able to make my central OBC certificate or not and if I make it from rajasthan will the central OBC certificate works in central quota counselling in neet exam

in registration of neet ug...they have given selection of counselling..in that we should apply only for all india quota orelse they have given other options also...not getting it...are they separate from all india quota or it comes under all india quota ??
