Yes ,it is possible to take admission in Delhi University under physically challenged reservation quota but you have to follow some of criteria like .

Total 3% of seats are reserved for physically challenged candidates to the under graduate courses in Delhi University colleges. If any physically challenged candidate has secured enough marks to take admission in the general category students, then he will not be permitted to take admission in the 3% reserved quota.

Some of Important notes for you

Three percent (3%) seats in all Undergraduate courses are reserved for candidates with physical disabilities (not less than 40%). The 3% reservation will be allocated as follows: 1% for persons with low vision or blindness; 1% for hearing impaired; 1% for those with loco motor disabilities and/or cerebral palsy. Candidates have to register themselves on the prescribed preliminary (ICR) form along with the Certificate of Physical Disability issued by Chief Medical Officer of a district/civil surgeon or any Government Hospital authorized to issue such certificates under the provisions of PWD Act 1995.

Procedure for taking admission in physically challenged  quota

For courses where admission is through entrance exam, the candidates should contact the concerned college/ department. However, PH candidates are exempted from the CATE for admission to B.A. (H) English course. The documents required to be submitted for registration of Scheduled Caste/Tribe candidates include, two self attested photocopies of the disability certificate in the name of the candidate; one self attested photocopy and original of class X certificate; one self attested photocopy and original of class XII mark sheet; one self attested photocopy of class XII Certificate/ Provisional Certificate;  and two self attested passport sized photographs. All the original certificates will be returned after verification.
