sir, is there any chance of getting In AIIMS if my mark is 680 and belongs to General ?

Yes you do have a good chance of getting into AIIMS for 680 as your AIR is somewhere between 28-78. You will mostly get in during the first round itself but you can always get an upgradation during the further rounds, so just make sure that you wait for the upgradation.
