Sir I've got 509 marks in neet 2019 and I'm from Andhra Pradesh is there any chance for getting mbbs seat under cap category

You have not mentioned about your reservation category , and Considering the previous year's Cutoffs if you belomg to General category then you have very few chances of getting seat in a Govt college, and if you belomg to BC/SC/ST category then you would get seat ,
You can expect seat in
Maharajaha institute of medical sciences,
GSL medical college and general hospital,
Katuri medical college,
Koonaseema institute of medical sciences,
Great eastern medical school,
NRI institute of medical sciences,
