    Hello,

    No you need not to study from first year again. Its just that you have to clear the last exam which is not cleared by you.

    Once your exam is cleared, you will be able to complete your graduation and will become eligible to take your degree from the respective college.

    But unless and untill you clear all your subjects you have to reappear in your examination.
