Sir Maine Neet 14 jan 2019 ka last date miss kardiya.kuch offline registration form to toh sir plz help ME..

The registration for NEET Application form is already over and the date you are talking about (14th January) is for corrections in NEET application form.
Also the correction window is open till 31st January, so if you've already filled the form and there are few corrections you want to make then you can do it now.

I m sorry to say but the online registration is the only procedure officially followed by NEET 2019. So you can't apply now if you've missed the last date of registration. You can apply for exams other than NEET 2019 if you like to.
