Getting a seat in govt college depends completely on your marks and rank. Securing a seat in govt college is quite tough as the competition level is very high. Just clearing the cutoff range won't give you a govt college however if your marks are good you can get admission in bds mbbs and ayush courses like BAMS bums BHMS etc
