Sir.. my crl rank in jee main is 134023.im from West Bengal.is there any chance to get any iiit or gftis or state gov college???

If you're belongs to SC/ST categories, you can get new IIITs with IT and ECE branches .
You can get GFTIs and State College like -
And many others State College in which you can easily get admission in it.

As the rank is too high you may not get seat in IIIT . But using the score you can apply for b category seats in the state universities or affiliated institutions

With a rank of 134023 it is hard to get a reasonable branch in IIITs or GFTIs. But you can get following colleges:
