If you are at least 17 year old by 31st December 2021, the  you are eligible for neet. But by 2021 you will be 18. So you will be definitely eligible, but you need to meet other eligibility criteria as well like

You must have pass class 12 or equivalent with recognized board wit 50% and have subject like physics,  chemistry,  biology/biotechnology.

NEET exam is a National level Common Entrance test for Medical Aspirants. The Basic age eligibility criteria for NEET exam is one must be minimum 17 years of age as of Dec 31,2021 and there is no Maximum age limit for the students. As per your Age you are eligible to write NEET 2021.
