Sir, my jee main rank is 38000.will i get cse or it in pict pune?

Hello soham,
You can apply for admission in PICT under All India quota. As per all India quota the closing rank for CSE remains around 500-520 whereas for IT it reaches till 900-926. Unfortunately you fall, way out of the range, so you cannot make it through.
