No need to get depressed there are still hopes for you in decent colleges, you can lookout for state counsellings or private colleges where jee/state exam are considered for admission , though you didn't get any college through josaa but there are still colleges where you can apply individually as not all colleges are filled completely.

First of all, you don’t have to worry at all. Being depressed is a clinically acclaimed issue, so I would suggest you find someone to help you through this. That said, there are many private colleges out there which you can choose to pursue B.Tech of your interest depending on your locality you can check out the list of colleges on THIS PAGE .

If you want a government college, then I could also suggest you to take a gap year, study hard and get good rank in JEE in next year.
