Hello, from last year cutoffs of Nit Hamirpur for home state quota you may get branches like materials science and engineering, mechanical, civil, chemical engineering and since, you have Ews category you will have a good chance for better branches. Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling. Wait till special round of counseling for best results. Refer to the link it will help you.
