Dear student,
As you have secured 18000 SC category rank in JEE mains then your CRL rank must be around more than 200000. And with this much huge CRL rank there is no chance that you can any good nits or iiits in josaa all round counselling from other state quota.
Because if you belong from home state of some certain Low nits, then by applying your home state quota you can get some nits like - NIT Sikkim, NIT Mizoram, NIT Arunachal Pradesh etc.
Now if you are a student of other state quota then there is no chance that you can get any nits even in Csab round counselling or any iiit.
So it would be better for you to take a drop and prepare once again for JEE mains if you want because there is no shame in dropping one year and preparing once again. Otherwise you can always have the option of getting admission into private colleges.
