Sir my ranking in AllMS UG MBBS entarance exam was 2340. But was unable to register for counseling . lot of vecant seats.can i register now?

You have only one chance to register for such a big opportunity but you missed it. Now you can not register again, if seats are vacant then they are filled through students which are already registered.
You should go for other options.
