Hey aspirant,
I believe you have mentioned your NEET score and rank here. On the basis of the marks you have scored in NEET, chances of admission for MBBS government seat under 85% state quota seats seems difficult for your category. However, you will be able to get admission for management seats in private medical colleges in Karnataka and can also apply for management seats at deemed universities through MCC.
