No it's not like that you can get college based on jee mains score after giving the jee advance paper too.
For getting a college based on jee mains score you have to do the josaa counseling at your jee mains rank.
If you get a decent rank in jee advance then you can do the counselling for IITS or other college which gives admission on jee advance score.
