the eligibility criteria is 75% aggregate and minimum 60 marks in physics,chemistry and maths.(for general candidates)
So if you fulfill the criteria there is no need to worry however if you do not have 75% then top 20 percentile is checked .You can check it yourself by comparing the topper marks and total no of candidates in the board.
