I regret to inform you that with such low rank she may not fetch a seat in any NITs or IIITs.Even if I consider her category rank it is not possible to get a seat in any NITs or IIITs.Do not loose hope she has many other alternatives such as going for state engineering colleges or she can do long term, work hard and do well next year and get a seat in top IITs.
