Greetings. Hope you're doing well. It is not clear what you mean by C.C. It can refer to both character certificate and caste certificate. You can get your character certificate from school you've studied in. For caste certificate you'll need to contact to the responsible authorities. Caste certificate is really important for getting a seat under a category.
