I guess that you're asking about B.A. Economics Honours CET ( Common Entrance Test ). The CET for B.A. Economics would be held on May 20, 2018 this year. The syllabus consists of General English to check your English proficiency and ability to understand , Economics and Statistics will be of basic level nothing more than you studied in your 12th will come in the test and Mathematics will also be having the course only out of high school and intermediate level maths nothing difficult than that . There's no specified topics described by the authorities for the test.

Yes entrance exam for B.A eco hons. will consist of basic syllabus of class 11th and class 12th and you have to styudy those to score good marks in it's entrance exam and to get admission in the top college.
