Hi Niranjan,
With 474 marks in neet 2019, it is difficult for you to get any government seat for doing mbbs in Jharkhand or M.P.
But, if you have a domicile of madhya pradesh, then you can try for private medical colleges of m.p.for mbbs/bds admissions. And of you get a seat on any of the m.p. private colleges then just apply for the "medhavi vidhyarthi yojana" that was initiated by government of m.p.to provide scholarships for students of m.p.for pursuing such courses.

Hello,
With this marks I didn't think that you get a government college. Your category is OBC that didn't helps you a lot. Marks are quite good but didn't able to stand in merit list.
I'm saying this all by analysing the previous year cutoff and category rank.
