Hi, Delhi University has released the DU 2019 eligibility criteria for the B.A, B.Com and B.Sc programmes offered along with the DU admission notification on May 30, 2019. The eligibility criteria of University of Delhi 2019 is the minimum criteria required to be followed by candidates to seek admission to the colleges affiliated to the University of Delhi. Candidates interested to apply for the different programmes offered but make sure to check the DU Eligibility criteria before filling out the Delhi University admission form 2019.
So,yes you are eligible to fill the application form for DU and take admission in the same through merit or entrance exam based on the course you are opting for.
- The minimum eligibility criteria of DU 2019 requires candidates to have completed their class 12th qualifying examination with minimum marks as per the subjects they wish to apply for
- Candidates who wish to apply for the B.A, B.Com and B.Sc programmes offered by the university must complete their qualifying Class 12 examination with minimum marks as specified for each programme offered.(around 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam and 55% in the subject you wish to take admission in)
- The minimum marks for candidates belonging to the various reserved categories will be specified for the individual programmes.
- There is no age limit to apply for undergraduate programmes.
RBA comes ubder OBC only so you'll recieve concessions as per OBC quota. In DU 27% seats are reserved for OBC category. In order to apply under OBC you will have to fill the online registration form and upload your OBC certificate mentioning that you belong to non-creamy layer.
If you mention the course you are interested in and your best of four perentage(as admissions in DU are based on your aggregate score in best four subjects and not on overall percentage secured in the qualifying exam) we will be able to provide more clear information rearding which colleges you are likey to get admission in.
