AP Medical seats are Categorised into AU, SVU and OU areas depending on the University you are a locale to. You havent mentioned which Category you come under. Neverthless, in 2018, the cut offs for various areas under General Category have been as follows:

AU: 533
SVU: 517
OU: 526

With 405 marks it is quite difficult for a seat in a Government Medical College.
