Well if you are looking for government Medical college in andhra pradesh then yes you csn definitely try for it.
But if you want free seat then it is quite difficult because no. Of candidates participating in exam are more therefore the completion is also more.
As kindly mention your category too!
548 marks is good you can definitely try for the best college.
As the NEET ug counseling session will start you can surely participate in state quota counseling which is available for all state domicile candidates i.e. 85 %
You will get fair chance in it.

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in some of the government colleges in andhra pradesh through state quota .
Previous year the minimum marks for a genral candidate was 516 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa
