You don't have a too good score in NEET 2019. With this score you can try in private colleges as chances are very less of getting government college. If you belong to some other category other than general then only you have chances of getting government college. You can get a seat Tamil Nadu through All India Quota but chances are more for private colleges. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
