Sir...I got 95.8% in non medical...Is my admission in DU is possible??

By non-medical, I am assuming you mean Engineering (PCM)/ Computer Science (IP).
And yes, you do have a very good score. A score which will fetch you seats in B.Sc Maths, B.Sc Physics, and other Science subjects. It will also fetch you a seat in Computer Science. Maybe not St. Stephens, or Lady Shri Ram College for the General category, but the other colleges, definitely.
95.8 is a very good score. Just make sure that it is your best of 4 score and includes one Language subject.
