Well according to last year's cutoff yes you may have chances of getting a government medical college in Karnataka via state quota counselling.
I am assuming that you belong to Karnataka and you have a domicile certificate of karnataka. Otherwise you would have to apply via all India quota counselling and cutoff for that may go near 550.
