Firstly you are eligible for jee advanced but the college we can not say anything about it. You should prepare for jee advanced and try to give your best in it. If your jee advanced goes well you might be getting nit or iit. So give your best in advanced and try to score above 300 so that you might get any good iit or nit. Focus on your marks. Work hard.
