Sit I am likely to secure 87 marks(gen category) in jee held on 12 April what would be my percentile am I able to get any IIIt?

JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year for the first time by NTA therefore it would be difficult to tell you the percentile. However, your expected rank can be predicted. According to your marks, your expected rank will be around 75,795 - 83,295.
