Situation - Cut off of a college of du is 92 %and calculation of best four is 91.7 %.So tell me can I take admission in the college?

You can't take admission this way your best four s ore has to match with the cutoff then only you can. Cutoff means minimum percentage you need to hv to get that seat in the course and college.
So if the cutoff is 92% it means a student having 92or above bfs can take admission.
You can wait for the second cutoff to take admission.
