so how much do you need to score in nmimscet exam to get a rank/merit no under 200.. as there are no official source to tell it would be great to have an idea

Hi,

For NIMCET, getting under AIR 200 usually needs a pretty high score. Roughly, you should target around 425–450+ weighted marks to stay in the safe zone for a top 200 rank.

Generally:
• Top ranks → 600–700+
• Around AIR 100 → 450+ range
• Around AIR 200 → roughly 425+ range

Cutoffs can change a little every year depending on paper difficulty and competition.
