The spot admission round depends on the seat allotments in the previous rounds. The spot admission round is conducted at the end of all rounds, if there is any seat left then only they will conduct spot admission if the seats are filled then they may not conduct also. It completely depends on the seat filled in the present year process and need wait till the completion of all rounds also need to check the college website for their decision whether they conduct.

It's not really important that the spot round is always scheduled. If the seats are completed, then the round is not carried out. But you have to keep reviewing the website for the latest updates, because only college can provide this information. The spot will take place 1 week before the beginning of classes.
