Thank you for putting query in our platform. The cut off for ST is 24 and PWD is -35 in JEE Main. The student with rank 34 will definitely get admission in NIT. You can also consider some other esteem colleges like: VIT, LPU, Amity University, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, PES University, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.

Is this rank you mentioned refers to jee or any other entrance exam?
If it's jee then you have good chance of getting into any of nit colleges.
