Studied in Karnataka from Nursary till class 12th from the same Institute. Would like to Know whether i need Domicle Certificate to get the Karnataka state Quota in NEET or collage certificate will do. Father is not having domicile although he is in Karnata since last 17 years If so how.

You are staying in Karnataka since 17 years. Do you are officially a citizen of Karnataka. You must present your domicile for your admission because it is a mandatory document.
Domicile itself is a proof to show that you are citizen of that respective state.
First have your father's domicile done then you can make it for your domicile . He will need some documents for domicile.
