Suppose in vit choice filling i fill my preferred courses and branch and category too. But if the one I filled in the top aren't available so will the system automatically give me the ones I filled neeche in my choice filling.

Yes, in VIT counselling, if your higher preference branches/campuses/categories are not available based on your rank, then the system automatically checks your next preferences in the order you filled during choice filling.
So it is very important to arrange choices carefully from highest to lowest preference because allotment is done sequentially according to availability and your rank.
