suppose we paid money for srm jee to write exam if we miss phase1 exam.... then to write phase 2 we have to pay again the money??

As per the information available in the instructions booklet if a candidate failed to appear for the exam on the selected date and time she/he may contact the University Management and they shall allot another slot. So there is no provision to appear for phase 2 if you have failed to appear in phase 1 but you can appear for the exam as per the slot given by the University. You can contact the helpdesk from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm except on holidays
