Techno India University , Kolkata is a better university than others.It has third rank in private colleges. As you asking about cs branch ... Fees is 89000 around per year ,admission through wbjee exam and minimum 60%marks you should have in 12th board. Placements are also good if you want a job after b.tech. or kya chahiye
