Dear, nothing can be done now. The only option you're left with is to prepare nicely for one more year and appear in NEET 2020. Do not regret now.. whatever is gone.. is gone now and nothing can be done for this year. But you have a so much of time and a good opportunity to prepare in a greatttttt way with all your efforts and hard work and appear for the next time.

There are 2 other medical entrance exams - AIIMS and JIPMER, if you want admission this year then you can appear for these exams by registering yourself.
The AIIMS form filling has already started from 30th Nov and it's till 3rd Jan 2019.
Whereas for JIPMER the forms will be released on 6th March 2019.
