Through India Jadavpur university is considered as the cheapest college to study Btech where fees is way low. So if you have payed Excess Fees maybe the will overlap. You amount paid in some other form like hostel or next year. So for a clarity contact the Jadavpur university authority about this. Maybe the can explain perfectly.
