dear student,
Since Both the Universities are different so their registration processes are also different from each other.
For Admission in colleges affiliated to DU you have to fill the form available at their official website www.du.ac.in and for admission in colleges under IPU you need to visit their official website www.ipu.ac.in (//www.ipu.ac.in) and fill up the registration form.
